Privacy Policy

SUVIVE.FIT ("we," "our," "the app") is a personal fitness and nutrition coaching application. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you create an account and use the app, we collect:

• Account information: your email address, used to sign in via a one-time code.
• Profile information: name (optional), age, sex, weight, height, activity level, fitness goal, dietary preference, region, language preference, and an optional profile photo.
• Meal logs: food names, calories, protein, carbs, fat, and sugar values you log or that are estimated from photos you choose to upload. If you upload a meal photo, the image is sent to our AI provider for analysis and a thumbnail is stored with the log entry.
• Health and activity data you choose to log: water intake, sleep hours and quality, mood, body weight over time, workout plans, and workout performance (exercises, weights, reps).
• Usage data: streaks, achievement badges, and experience points generated from your activity in the app.

How we use your information

• To calculate personalized calorie, macro, and hydration targets.
• To generate AI-assisted meal nutrition estimates and workout plans.
• To show you trends, insights, and summaries of your own logged data.
• To sync your data across your devices when you're signed in.
• To send you a one-time login code by email when you sign in.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data to show you third-party advertising.

Third parties we work with

To provide the app's features, some data is processed by these service providers, solely to deliver the functionality below:

• Anthropic — processes meal photos and workout preferences you submit, to generate AI nutrition estimates and workout plans.
• Resend — sends the login code email to your address when you sign in.
• Vercel — hosts the app and its backend functions.
• Upstash — stores your account data securely so it can sync across your devices.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Delete my account inside the app. This action is immediate and cannot be undone.

Your choices

• You can view and edit your logged data at any time within the app.
• You can log out of your account on any device from the Profile screen.
• You can delete your account and all stored data from the Profile screen.
• Meal photos are optional — you can always use manual entry instead.

Children's privacy

SUVIVE.FIT is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data in transit and at rest, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all app traffic. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
