These terms govern your use of SUVIVE.FIT (the "app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Not medical advice

SUVIVE.FIT provides general fitness, nutrition, and wellness information for informational purposes only. Calorie, macro, hydration, and workout suggestions are generated from general formulas and AI estimates — they are not medical advice, and are not a substitute for guidance from a qualified doctor, dietitian, or other healthcare professional. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting a new diet or exercise program, especially if you have an existing health condition.

AI-generated content and accuracy

Nutrition estimates from meal photos, and workout plans, are generated using artificial intelligence and general reference data. These are estimates, not verified measurements — actual nutritional content can vary by ingredient, preparation, and portion size. You're always able to manually enter or edit any values you know to be more accurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated estimates.

Your account

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
• You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen; this permanently removes your data from our systems.
• Each person should use their own individual account — accounts are intended for personal, individual use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes on others' rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its backend systems.
• Use the app in any way that could harm minors.

Restaurant and meal-prep data

Menu items, nutrition figures, and prices shown in Restaurant Mode and Meal Prep Ideas are approximate reference values, not sourced live from the named restaurants. Actual menus, recipes, and nutrition content change over time and vary by location — always verify with the restaurant directly if precision matters to you.

Availability

We aim to keep the app available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features that depend on third-party services (such as AI-generated estimates or login emails) may be temporarily unavailable if those services experience issues.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on AI-generated estimates or general guidance provided.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
